My Singapore Experience: 7 Days I’ll Never Forget
🌆 What I Did
We explored a lot — Universal Studios, Sentosa Islands, Marina Bay Sands, and even the famous Wax Museum. Each place had its own vibe. Universal Studios gave me the thrill, Sentosa made me feel like I was in paradise, and Marina Bay? That view was just wow. It’s something you need to see in real life to truly feel it.
But among all the tourist spots, night hopping was hands down my favorite. Walking through the quiet streets of Singapore at night — it’s just a different kind of peace. No noise, no chaos, just calm. The roads were clean, and the weather was perfect for a stroll. That calmness really stuck with me.

It was last summer when I packed my bags and flew to Singapore with my parents and close family friends. I stayed there for 7 days, and honestly, it was more than just a vacation — it was one of the most peaceful experiences of my life.

🛍️ A Little Local Flavor
We visited Mustafa Market too, and that place never sleeps. It’s always buzzing. I met people from different parts of the world — but funnily, I saw a lot of Indians, mostly Gujaratis, and that made the place feel familiar. The shopkeepers were a mixed bag — some nice, some not so much — but that’s just part of travel, right?

🏨 Hotel & Comfort
We stayed at a 4-star hotel, and while the view from our room was absolutely amazing, the service could’ve been better. Breakfast was nice, though. If you’re planning to go, my tip would be to check hotel reviews carefully. A cooperative staff can really make your stay smoother.

🚗 Cabs & Budget
Cabs were decent, but definitely a bit pricey compared to what we’re used to in India. I paid around ₹200 for just 4 km, which is pretty normal there, but it can add up quickly. So yeah, be financially prepared if you're planning to move around a lot.

💬 Would I Live There?
To be honest, if I had the budget, I’d actually consider living in Singapore. It's clean, safe, peaceful, and full of opportunity. But yeah — luxury comes with a cost, so it’s only for those who are financially strong. I missed India, of course, but Singapore gave me a new perspective on life.

Final Thoughts
Some trips leave you with just photos. This one left me with memories, calmness, and a sense of clarity. If you ever plan a trip where you want peace, city life, and new experiences — Singapore should be on your list.
